Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition who will provide strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops and drives talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and future workforce needs
  • Leads, mentors, and manages the recruitment team, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
  • Oversees full-cycle recruiting processes across all departments and facilities, ensuring a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 5 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in healthcare or large, complex systems strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and executing recruitment strategies in alignment with business goals
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, talent market trends, compliance requirements, and recruitment technologies
