Talent Acquisition Director

Job Summary

To lead strategic recruiting efforts across multiple manufacturing locations, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Director will manage a geographically dispersed team, develop effective recruiting strategies, and ensure best-in-class recruitment outcomes in the Aerospace Defense sector.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business and HR leadership to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters while managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with employment laws and hiring policies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of related experience, or a Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of experience, or 13 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in Aerospace Defense is required
• Proven ability to organize and execute plans methodically across functions
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ADP recruiting module is preferred
