Job Summary

Leading the recruitment strategy, the full-time Head of Talent Acquisition will manage talent acquisition initiatives and drive the hiring process in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with leadership to align hiring goals with organizational objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
