Talent Acquisition Director

Job Summary

A company in the Creative Design industry is looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition.

Position Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall Talent Acquisition strategy, focused on meeting business objectives, attracting top talent, while keeping inclusivity top of mind
• Lead, mentor, and grow the team of in-house, end-to-end recruiters
• Partner with functional leaders to develop creative strategies to attract and screen talent for their teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a head of recruitment or equivalent role
• Experience leading, mentoring, and coaching
• Skilled technical recruiter
• Strong point of view on how to recruit in an ever-changing talent market
• Track record of continuously systematically evaluating and improving the end-to-end process of recruiting
