Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+ years of recruitment experience
• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in hiring R&D, GTM, and G&A talent
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced start-up, SaaS, or technology company
• Empathetic mindset and curiosity to understand business units and product offerings
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and engage stakeholders
