Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global Lead, Talent Acquisition Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop enablement strategies for the global TA organization, including training programs for recruiting teams and hiring managers
• Own content development and delivery, ensuring resources are current, accessible, and engaging
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and guide global recruiting processes

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of talent acquisition experience
• 5 or more years leading learning/enablement programs
• Proven track record developing training content and resources
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships globally
• Strong project management and organizational skills
