Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Engineering Technology Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
- Execute and maintain the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Drive innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to create and enhance team best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of recent recruiting experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a dedicated Engineering/Technical recruitment team
- Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking System (or similar) for reporting and requisitions management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience with passive candidate sourcing, technical screening, and vendor management
