Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Engineering Technology Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead a team of talent acquisition professionals
  • Execute and maintain the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Drive innovative and effective talent acquisition strategies to create and enhance team best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of recent recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing a dedicated Engineering/Technical recruitment team
  • Experience utilizing Workday Applicant Tracking System (or similar) for reporting and requisitions management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience with passive candidate sourcing, technical screening, and vendor management
