Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with 3-5 years of experience to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles across the EST market (USA, Canada, LATAM) in a full-time remote position, focusing on building candidate pipelines and engaging with hiring managers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles in the EST market
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various technical positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on USA/Canada/LATAM hiring
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and global sourcing
- Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets
- Experience with ATS, preferably Ceipal
- Ability to engage with international candidates across multiple time zones
