Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with 3-5 years of experience to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles across the EST market (USA, Canada, LATAM) in a full-time remote position, focusing on building candidate pipelines and engaging with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles in the EST market
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for various technical positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus on USA/Canada/LATAM hiring
  • Proven experience in technical recruitment and global sourcing
  • Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets
  • Experience with ATS, preferably Ceipal
  • Ability to engage with international candidates across multiple time zones
