Key Responsibilities

• Build proactive global faculty pipelines and map talent across academic networks
• Provide recruitment support across various business lines and maintain hiring standards
• Support the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading international faculty searches
• Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape
• Experience in building credible faculty pipelines through research and sourcing
• Familiarity with TNE hiring and international compliance frameworks
• Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR partnering role is desirable
