Key Responsibilities
- Lead international faculty hiring and develop global academic talent pipelines
- Provide recruitment support across various business lines and advise on role design and search strategy
- Support the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading international faculty searches across multiple geographies
- Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and academic career pathways
- Experience in building credible faculty pipelines through research and sourcing
- Familiarity with TNE hiring, global mobility, and international compliance frameworks
- Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR partnering role is highly desirable
