Key Responsibilities
  • Lead international faculty hiring and develop global academic talent pipelines
  • Provide recruitment support across various business lines and advise on role design and search strategy
  • Support the employee lifecycle and ensure compliance with HR policies and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in leading international faculty searches across multiple geographies
  • Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and academic career pathways
  • Experience in building credible faculty pipelines through research and sourcing
  • Familiarity with TNE hiring, global mobility, and international compliance frameworks
  • Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR partnering role is highly desirable
