• Provide recruitment partnership for various business lines and support strategic hiring needs
• Support the employee lifecycle and maintain HR records while ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading international faculty searches
• Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape
• Ability to build credible faculty pipelines through research and sourcing
• Experience partnering with senior academic stakeholders
• Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR role is desirable
