• Build proactive global faculty pipelines and directly source academic talent worldwide
• Provide recruitment partnership across various business lines and maintain consistent hiring standards
• Support the employee lifecycle and coordinate HR processes, ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading international faculty searches across multiple geographies
• Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and academic career pathways
• Demonstrated ability to build credible faculty pipelines through deep research and sourcing
• Experience partnering with senior academic stakeholders
• Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR partnering role is highly desirable
