Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner - Academic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build proactive global faculty pipelines and map talent across universities
  • Provide recruitment partnership and support for various Lines of Business beyond academic hiring
  • Support the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading international faculty searches across multiple geographies
  • Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and academic career pathways
  • Demonstrated ability to build credible faculty pipelines through research and sourcing
  • Experience partnering with senior academic stakeholders
  • Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR partnering role is highly desirable
