Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner - Academic.
Key Responsibilities
- Build proactive global faculty pipelines and map talent across universities
- Provide recruitment partnership and support for various Lines of Business beyond academic hiring
- Support the employee lifecycle and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading international faculty searches across multiple geographies
- Strong understanding of the global higher education landscape and academic career pathways
- Demonstrated ability to build credible faculty pipelines through research and sourcing
- Experience partnering with senior academic stakeholders
- Prior experience in an HRBP or hybrid TA + HR partnering role is highly desirable
