Job Summary
To support strategic workforce decisions, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Insights Specialist will deliver actionable insights and analytics, partner with HR and business leaders to enhance recruiting outcomes, and develop performance dashboards while traveling approximately 10-15% of the time.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver talent acquisition insights and analytics to support strategic hiring decisions
- Partner with HR and business leaders to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Develop and enhance dashboards and reports to increase visibility into performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in managing project components and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into business insights
- Proven experience in developing self-service dashboards and reporting solutions
- Ability to conduct labor market and talent intelligence research for workforce planning
