Working remotely with occasional travel, the full-time Talent Acquisition Insights Specialist will deliver actionable insights and analytics to support strategic workforce decisions, enhance recruiting outcomes, and develop performance reporting tools.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver actionable talent acquisition insights and analytics to support hiring decisions
- Develop and enhance scorecards, dashboards, and operational reporting for performance visibility
- Conduct market and talent intelligence analyses to influence attraction strategies for critical hiring initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Strong analytical and consulting capabilities with experience in transforming data into business insights
- Proven effectiveness in managing project components and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Professional certifications in project management, HR management, or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in developing self-service dashboards and reporting solutions
- Ability to conduct labor market and talent intelligence research for workforce planning
