Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Lead will manage full-cycle recruiting for commercial and technical roles, optimize recruitment operations, and enhance employer branding in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to offer across various teams
- Establish and track recruiting service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure accountability and efficiency
- Promote the employer brand through content creation and market presence initiatives
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within medical device or life sciences, preferably in cardiac rhythm management
- Proven ability to recruit for field-based medtech sales and clinical/technical roles
- Strong direct-sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent tools
- Experience managing agency relationships and optimizing recruitment processes
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a remote, geographically distributed environment
