Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for all functional areas
  • Leverage best practice sourcing strategies to attract high-performing talent
  • Build a strong employer brand and presence within the endpoint cybersecurity industry

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with cybersecurity experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in an operational TA leadership role
  • Ability to support hiring across diverse roles such as Sales, Engineering, Marketing, etc
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Practical experience with compensation structures for various positions
