Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Lead to design and execute their talent acquisition strategy during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with company goals
  • Standardize and streamline the recruitment workflow for efficiency and reduced time-to-hire
  • Build, train, and develop a recruitment team responsible for sourcing across various functions
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience building recruiting functions in high-growth technology companies
  • Experience hiring for technical roles such as Software Engineering and Data Science
  • Strong understanding of global talent markets, especially in the Philippines and Eastern Europe
  • Experience implementing and optimizing applicant tracking systems
