Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the recruitment process and attract top talent globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates to ensure a great fit for the team
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a TA Specialist, TA Manager, or similar role
  • Proven experience hiring for technical roles (e.g., Developers, Engineers)
  • Experience working remotely and in startup environments
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and ownership of tasks
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
