Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in agency or high-growth environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
- Exposure to remote or global hiring environments
