Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in agency or high-growth environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
  • Exposure to remote or global hiring environments
