Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process while enhancing the overall hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on hiring strategy and provide market insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in agency or high-growth environments
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools
• Exposure to remote or global hiring environments
