Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Europe) to support full cycle recruitment across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple European countries, partnering with hiring managers to define hiring needs and talent strategies
  • Design and execute multichannel sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and engineering roles
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing market intelligence and recruitment best practices


Required Qualifications:
  • Significant experience as an in-house or agency recruiter, preferably in technical or engineering roles
  • Business fluent in English; Czech fluency highly desired, with additional European languages as an advantage
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Practical knowledge of employment law in the EU region
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional project management capabilities
