Job Summary
To shape and execute the recruiting strategy, the fully remote VP, National Talent Acquisition Lead will manage full-cycle recruiting, guide recruiting practices, and partner with business leaders to attract top talent in the wealth management and financial planning industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruiting across various roles and develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent
- Provide coaching and best practices to the recruiting team while standardizing processes and monitoring recruiting metrics
- Partner with HRIS and Corporate IT to optimize the Workday Recruiting module and leverage analytics to inform hiring strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in wealth management or financial services
- Experience in a lead or mentoring capacity
- Strong competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or similar ATS platforms
