Job Summary
To support a growing talent acquisition team, the full-time Talent Acquisition Lead will manage a recruiter pod, ensuring team performance while handling a substantial requisition load in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a recruiter pod, maintaining focus and performance while managing a significant requisition load
- Provide clear direction to direct reports, translating team goals into individual priorities and expectations
- Coach direct reports on recruiting practices and quality-check the team's work throughout the recruiting process
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in a team lead or pod leadership role
- Proven ability to manage a full requisition load while supporting the performance and development of others
- Strong expertise in sourcing, pipeline management, and candidate experience across the hiring lifecycle
- Effective communicator with a keen sense of prioritization and the ability to balance individual contributor work with team responsibilities
- Empathetic team player who leads by example and fosters collaboration within the team
