Job Summary
Guiding a team of recruiting professionals, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the entire talent acquisition function, partnering with hiring managers to design effective recruiting solutions and ensure compliance while fostering a high-performing team.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full talent acquisition function, designing and improving programs and processes to meet business needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners on TA strategy and complex recruiting scenarios while maintaining confidentiality
- Source, recruit, and interview for specialized positions, developing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in HR and talent acquisition functions, including recruitment and compliance
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to improve processes
- Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with HR and recruiting systems and commitment to inclusive hiring practices
