Job Summary

Guiding a team of recruiting professionals, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Lead will manage the entire talent acquisition function, partnering with hiring managers to design effective recruiting solutions and ensure compliance while fostering a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full talent acquisition function, designing and improving programs and processes to meet business needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners on TA strategy and complex recruiting scenarios while maintaining confidentiality
  • Source, recruit, and interview for specialized positions, developing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles
Required qualifications
  • Deep expertise in HR and talent acquisition functions, including recruitment and compliance
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using recruiting metrics to improve processes
  • Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with HR and recruiting systems and commitment to inclusive hiring practices
