Seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Talent Acquisition Lead to manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical teams, focusing on high-volume and niche sourcing for Nurses and Clinical Data Abstractors, in a remote role within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team by mentoring teammates and refining processes
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles, primarily in clinical and healthcare sectors
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective recruiting strategies

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare field
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven sourcing expertise, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter and healthcare databases
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and executives in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse experience being a plus
