Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic, growth-minded Talent Acquisition Lead to manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical teams, focusing on high-volume and niche sourcing for Nurses and Clinical Data Abstractors, in a remote role within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team by mentoring teammates and refining processes
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles, primarily in clinical and healthcare sectors
- Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop effective recruiting strategies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sourcing expertise, particularly with LinkedIn Recruiter and healthcare databases
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and executives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with modern Applicant Tracking Systems, with Greenhouse experience being a plus
