Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader responsible for building and executing a recruiting program to fill key roles with high-readiness talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a company-wide recruiting strategy aligned with business priorities for timely and quality hires
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for key and leadership-level roles, ensuring high-caliber hires
  • Manage and develop the recruiting team while optimizing recruiting systems and processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years managing a recruiting program
  • Proven success in recruiting for executive and leadership roles in high-growth SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and budget management
  • Expertise in ATS and sourcing tools, with proficiency in recruiting technology and analytics
