Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its hiring function during a critical phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute the company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities and growth plans
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on workforce planning and hiring tradeoffs
  • Build and scale recruiting processes, ensuring compliance and a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles
  • Proven experience hiring for cleared or clearance-eligible roles within regulated industries
  • Experience owning and scaling recruiting systems and infrastructure
  • Track record of partnering closely with executive leadership
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, or RPO partners
