Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its hiring function during a critical phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the company-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities and growth plans
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on workforce planning and hiring tradeoffs
- Build and scale recruiting processes, ensuring compliance and a high-quality candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership roles
- Proven experience hiring for cleared or clearance-eligible roles within regulated industries
- Experience owning and scaling recruiting systems and infrastructure
- Track record of partnering closely with executive leadership
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, or RPO partners
