Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead a high-performing recruiting organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive company-wide hiring strategy across all business functions
  • Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on talent market dynamics and hiring decisions
  • Build, scale, and lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition organization
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of recruiting and talent acquisition experience, including leadership in high-growth environments
  • Experience leading recruiting across multiple functions including technical and executive hiring
  • Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in fast-paced organizations
  • Deep understanding of recruiting operations, funnel metrics, and talent market dynamics
  • Experience with Greenhouse and modern recruiting tools strongly preferred
