Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals, the full-time remote Talent Acquisition Leader will drive strategic hiring initiatives across North America, partnering with senior business leaders to deliver data-driven recruitment solutions that support business growth and innovation.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce plans
  • Partner with senior leaders and HR to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes and a seamless candidate experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team while analyzing recruitment metrics to improve efficiency
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Approximately 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in managing recruitment functions within a complex organization
  • Strong experience in driving TA transformation and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and analytical skills
