Job Summary
Driving talent acquisition process excellence initiatives, the full-time salaried Talent Acquisition Capability & Excellence Leader will work remotely while traveling approximately 10-15% of the time to enhance operational efficiency, lead change adoption strategies, and optimize recruiting standards across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and candidate experience in talent acquisition
- Establish and optimize standards, processes, and tools to support scalable recruiting operations
- Leverage data insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices
Required qualifications
- A college or university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition operations and process optimization
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in translating data into actionable insights
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders effectively
- Certifications in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma are highly desirable
