Job Summary

To support hiring across EMEA, the full-time Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Advertiser Solutions, Customer Success, and Commerce Media on a 12-month contract, partnering with leadership to attract high-quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Directly source and engage high-caliber candidates across GTM functions
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role scope and interview structure
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a strong candidate experience

Required qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting within Ad Tech, Digital Advertising, Media, or Ecommerce
• Demonstrated experience hiring across EMEA markets
• Strong track record of filling high-volume roles across various functions
• Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable partnering with senior leaders
• Experience using Greenhouse or a comparable ATS
