Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with 8 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of designing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
