Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, with 8 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of designing and executing talent acquisition strategies in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
