Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts across the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process across the Americas region
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of recruiters while managing strategic hiring efforts
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance the candidate experience and drive process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
- Experience hiring for Go-To-Market and senior-level roles
- Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Lever
