Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to proactively pipeline talent aligned with workforce plans
  • Identify and analyze recruiting metrics to inform data-driven decisions
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with candidate management systems and talent pipelines
  • Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems and online candidate platforms
  • Project or program management experience with small-to-medium scale projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
