Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Partner with HR Business Partners to proactively pipeline talent aligned with workforce plans
Identify and analyze recruiting metrics to inform data-driven decisions

Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Experience with candidate management systems and talent pipelines
Familiarity with Talent Acquisition systems and online candidate platforms
Project or program management experience with small-to-medium scale projects
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
