Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee recruiting efforts and manage a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting plans
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
• Lead and support a global team of recruiters, monitoring workloads and providing coaching

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with hands-on full-cycle recruiting
• 2+ years of experience managing recruiters
• Strong background in recruiting for U.S.-based roles across various functions
• Knowledge of compensation fundamentals and experience with offer processes
• Experience using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse for managing pipelines and reporting
