Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their East Region Talent Acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to enhance performance and professional growth
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment services
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume environments
- 3 years of leadership experience in people management or team leadership
- Proven success in building and executing effective recruiting strategies
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools
- Preferred experience in the facilities services industry
