A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their East Region Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters to enhance performance and professional growth
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment services
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume environments
  • 3 years of leadership experience in people management or team leadership
  • Proven success in building and executing effective recruiting strategies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruitment tools
  • Preferred experience in the facilities services industry
