Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive talent acquisition experience
• Proven experience in building or transforming recruitment functions in complex organizations
• Strong background in private equity or high-growth environments
• Hands-on experience with recruiting technologies and analytics
• Candidate must work Eastern Standard Time
