Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment
• Proven track record of supporting rapid company scaling while maintaining quality
• Advanced sourcing skills with expertise in headhunting
• Expert-level knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tech stacks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
