Key Responsibilities

• Identify staffing requirements and develop staffing schedules aligned with business objectives
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns and monitor recruitment metrics
• Supervise recruitment team members and ensure compliance with employment regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5+ years of progressive experience in staffing, recruitment, or workforce management
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment and labor law
• Experience supervising staff and making hiring recommendations
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
