A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to scale its recruiting function during a period of growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and develop competitive hiring strategies
• Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and drive structured hiring processes
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and optimize processes to support organizational growth

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
• Experience in Ecommerce/DTC and recruiting for apparel or retail brands is desirable
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and influence stakeholders
• Experience with ATS systems and strong sourcing expertise
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving environments
