Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
  • Experience in Ecommerce/DTC and recruiting for apparel or retail brands is desirable
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and influence stakeholders
  • Experience with ATS systems and strong sourcing expertise
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving environments
