Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and develop competitive hiring strategies
- Manage job postings, conduct interviews, and drive structured hiring processes
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics and optimize processes to support organizational growth
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments
- Experience in Ecommerce/DTC and recruiting for apparel or retail brands is desirable
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and influence stakeholders
- Experience with ATS systems and strong sourcing expertise
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to evolving environments
