• Utilizes online recruiting sources to identify candidates and maintains employment records for future reference

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Advanced knowledge and experience in full cycle recruitment
• Proficiency in using multiple internet recruiting sites to network and recruit
• Current or previous experience in mortgage sales or operations
• Understanding of human resources practices related to the new hire process
• Proven success in a fast-paced, sales-oriented work environment
