- Manage recruitment data and reporting to track KPIs and team productivity
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced tech or consumer goods environments
- Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching teams in remote or hybrid settings
- Strong ability to build relationships and provide creative hiring solutions based on business needs
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Greenhouse and Google Suite is preferred
