Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team to achieve hiring goals and foster a high-performance culture
• Ensure a seamless and thoughtful candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage recruitment data and reporting to track KPIs and team productivity

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within fast-paced tech or consumer goods environments
• Proven leadership skills with experience in coaching teams in remote or hybrid settings
• Strong ability to build relationships and provide creative hiring solutions based on business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as Greenhouse and Google Suite is preferred
