Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for leading and scaling the recruiting function to support national growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
- Partner with HR and business leaders to execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and oversee full-cycle recruiting for select roles
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership or management
- Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles, preferably in engineering or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in building or scaling recruiting functions
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
- Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
