Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and oversee full-cycle recruiting for select roles
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including team leadership or management
  • Experience recruiting for technical and professional roles, preferably in engineering or related fields
  • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling recruiting functions
  • Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
  • Commitment to ethical standards and confidentiality
