Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to scale its recruiting function during a period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to define role scope and interview structure, manage job postings, and conduct first-round interviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience while elevating the employer brand
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics, establish recruiting processes, and support workforce planning initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments
- Experience in Ecommerce/DTC and recruiting for apparel, lifestyle, or retail brands is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and influence stakeholders independently
- Experience with ATS systems and strong sourcing expertise across multiple platforms
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly without sacrificing quality
