Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to enhance hiring practices and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including candidate sourcing, interview support, and offer management
  • Administer and optimize the applicant tracking system to ensure efficient and equitable hiring practices
  • Collaborate with project teams to implement HR best practices and support diversity and inclusion initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a mission-driven organization
  • Experience with ATS software, preferably Pinpoint
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
