Job Summary

A company is looking for a TA Manager for North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of NORAM recruiters to meet hiring targets
  • Act as the lead recruiter for all Director+ and niche leadership roles across the US and Canada
  • Partner with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders to develop headcount plans and sourcing strategies
  • Champion the use of AI tools to enhance sourcing and reduce Time-to-Fill
  • Own NORAM recruiting metrics and present quarterly business reviews to leadership


Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a management role within a Global SaaS/Tech environment
  • Proven track record of closing Executive-level (Director/VP) candidates
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms, with Ashby experience as a major plus
  • Experience integrating AI enhancements into the recruiting workflow
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
