Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of recruiters and support the TA Manager in leading the team
• Partner with client stakeholders to support full cycle recruitment across various roles
• Drive the implementation of talent acquisition strategies and ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Human Resources, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a progressive talent acquisition role
• Prior experience leading a small team of recruiters is highly preferred
• Experience in recruiting within skilled trades/IFM is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects of scale
