Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its talent strategy by attracting and placing key talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize recruiting strategies for efficient talent sourcing and assessment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to forecast and meet talent acquisition needs
  • Develop and execute innovative talent strategies to attract and retain diverse talent


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience
  • Proven track record in successfully attracting and hiring talent at all career stages
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
  • Demonstrated experience with proactive recruiting techniques and passive candidate engagement
  • In-depth knowledge of various selection methods and recruiting across different organizational functions
