Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its talent strategy by attracting and placing key talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize recruiting strategies for efficient talent sourcing and assessment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with organizational leaders to forecast and meet talent acquisition needs
- Develop and execute innovative talent strategies to attract and retain diverse talent
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience
- Proven track record in successfully attracting and hiring talent at all career stages
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
- Demonstrated experience with proactive recruiting techniques and passive candidate engagement
- In-depth knowledge of various selection methods and recruiting across different organizational functions
