Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition (Americas - Sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales recruiters while managing a small requisition load
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align recruiting strategies with business priorities and forecast hiring demand
- Drive accountability for recruiting metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, particularly in sales recruiting
- At least 3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing recruiters
- Proven track record of closing senior-level and hard-to-fill sales roles
- Deep knowledge of sales organizational structures and compensation models
- BA/BS degree required
