Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Talent Acquisition (Americas - Sales).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales recruiters while managing a small requisition load
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align recruiting strategies with business priorities and forecast hiring demand
  • Drive accountability for recruiting metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, particularly in sales recruiting
  • At least 3 years of experience in people management, coaching, and developing recruiters
  • Proven track record of closing senior-level and hard-to-fill sales roles
  • Deep knowledge of sales organizational structures and compensation models
  • BA/BS degree required
