Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee full-cycle recruiting and enhance talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, from intake through offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs and drive efficient hiring processes
  • Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent while managing a high-volume requisition load
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a multi-location organization
  • Experience managing high-volume recruiting
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
  • Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws
  • Self-motivated and adaptable with strong organizational skills
