Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets, from intake through offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to align on hiring needs and drive efficient hiring processes
- Build and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent while managing a high-volume requisition load
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a multi-location organization
- Experience managing high-volume recruiting
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws
- Self-motivated and adaptable with strong organizational skills
